During one of the lowest points of my life, I felt safe and comfortable going to Valerie Bermudez for anything I needed. After talking to her, I felt relieved, as if I had been talking to someone I had known my whole life. She's extremely empathetic and makes my hospital visits easier. The way she cares for me is a one of a kind and from the bottom of my heart, I can say that she's made a difference in my life and I will be forever grateful to have her as my nurse.
