Valerie is an amazing RN. She always wants to do the right thing and treat everyone fairly. She has stepped up to take the charge role and really tries her best to look out for all three OB units, including mother-baby and NICU. She is caring and compassionate and treats everyone with care and respect. Val is a veteran L&D nurse which makes her an amazing resource to the unit.
Val cares for her patients as she would her own family members. She will even go above and beyond and purchase food for patients using her own money when everything is closed. Val continues to show her compassion by often putting others first before her own needs. I am so thankful to work with her.
