Valerie always shows up to work with a smile. She follows all of the tasks that are in the patient's best interests. She is always picking up shifts for the hospital on her days off as well as working doubles when the hospital needs staff. She is a role model to all and her hard work not only shows to coworkers but patients as well.

Valerie is a team player and makes sure she includes all new staff and is always open to help educate. She has an amazing talent of including the families into the patient's care, really living the patient centered model.
