Valerie is a great partner to the pharmacy. She not only addresses the issue at hand but also follows through to make our processes better. For example, she will let the pharmacy know if a medication is running low or does not scan correctly so it is not an ongoing problem. She is also thoughtful of her team. She recently inquired about getting Dramamine to have available for team members who have trouble with motion sickness and are needed to go on a transfer with a patient.
