Valerie exemplifies everything patient care. She is not only compassionate, but is also a superb problem solver and efficient manager. When my stay was not going in the right direction, Valerie visited daily and each day developed a solution. It is often said “Actions speak louder than words”. Valerie stayed one evening past her shift to give me a shower at 11pm. I ask you to please take a moment and commend Valerie for all that she has done on behalf of the patients and the hospital.
