Valerie is a true ray of sunshine. Valerie made her special tomato soup which I really enjoyed around bedtime. She explained my medicines to me and how to ask for them without running out and being miserable. Valerie went above and beyond. when I was in pain she would take the time to talk to me. Most nurses just don't have time to stop by and let you know they are leaving but she did both nights I stayed here. She also shared her lotion (very light) and it made me happy. I went out and bought some when I left the hospital. She hugged me, which meant so much to me. I will miss her!
