Every day Val shows compassion to not only her patients, but to her colleagues as well. She's always upbeat, friendly, and helpful. There have been many times when we've needed help holding patients' arms, or just any assistance with some patients and she's the first one to offer to help. Val is very compassionate about nursing and DCH.
