Nurse Val was very efficient throughout my 2-week stay in 16 South. She was very detail-oriented, empathetic, and helpful. She made sure that all I needed was provided for and everything was in order. At times like this when there is a shortage of nurses her energy and dedication to being a patient advocate are exceptional and worthy of recognition.
