Valerie Klein, RN, BSN, CRRN

Valerie has been my nurse for a few nights during my stay at PVH. She has been outstanding and has gone above and beyond. On multiple occasions, she remembered medication requests I had made that others would have forgotten. She always made sure to address my pain as well as any other concerns promptly. She always made sure I had everything I needed as quickly as possible. Her kindness is also a huge factor. She took the time to get to know my wife and me. Every time she would come on shift, it was a friendly face I was seeing. On multiple occasions in the night, when I was in pain and could not sleep, she would sit and chat with me, and I felt secure and more comfortable, like I was talking with an old friend. Valerie's level of care, kindness, and mindfulness with my well-being went above and beyond her job duties. My wife and I both feel that she is an EXTRAORDINARY nurse!
