Valerie is always kind and caring. She makes my kids feel comfortable no matter what the situation is. Even if we aren’t with her doctor, she will wave and say hello and make my kids feel less scared of coming to the clinic. She always has a smile on her face and always listens to all of my concerns and communicates them well with the doctor.

So thankful for the amazing nurses in Hamilton. Over multiple years, she has never made my problems feel small. She has listened and promptly helped me multiple times and even scheduled me whenever I needed. She is always so incredibly kind and just the prime example of what a nurse should be.
