There are so many reasons why Valerie is a DAISY Nurse. Valerie is a very hard worker. She is a team player who is always willing to help without being asked. Valerie is humble, quiet, extremely kind, and very intelligent. Also, Valerie never complains and takes whatever comes her way. I consistently get RNs and MDs approaching me with accolades for Valerie for her teamwork, competence, and overall approach to how she treats others. An OR nurse was so grateful for Valerie and her teamwork that she felt that without Valerie’s experience, the OR case could have easily ended not as successfully. She is extraordinary as a Nurse and as a co-worker. I am so proud of Valerie, and having her on our team is a huge asset.
