Valerie has been my nurse on several occasions. I have been blessed to be in the care of such a kind, compassionate person and caregiver. She knows how much fresh air out of doors after confinement for more than six weeks has meant to me. She listened and heard. Val went above and beyond to procure a wheelchair so I would be safe when my back pain was too severe to walk. Val checked with my doctor for her input regarding safety considerations, as well as with other staff. Val's excellence is amazing. Her ability to "think outside the box" gave way to creativity and pragmatism. She made her own "outdoor" greenhouse for plants and showed me a photo of it on her phone. That inspired me to make my own "indoor" greenhouse for perennial-like flowering plants and fairly long growing veggie plants. This will bring me joy, O2, and ease the budget strain! Kudos to Val.
