This lady was charge nurse during our visit. "Charge Nurse" is a perfect title for her. She came into our very out of control situation and did an excellent job of taking charge and getting our child stabilized. She communicated very well with her co-worked so they were all on the same page and had a game plan for how to handle our unique situation that day. She also communicated with us and kept us up to date as to what they were doing with our child and what she needed us to do at that time. I have never personally seen so much authority and compassion come from the same person. CAMC you are very blessed to have such a wonderful lady on your team.
