You do not know how much help Valerie is. She is fantastic and took so much strain off of us. I was in tears with worry and so overwhelmed with how my husband would manage a colostomy drainage bag and chemo home infusion pump. She took the time to explain how it would all work. If I call her and leave a message, she always gets back and has or will get the final answer.

A lot of times, we felt we got the run-around at other places, but not here. You do not find people who understand your situation as Valerie does.
