My father was admitted and having issues other than what was listed in his file. Valerie and Adele went above and beyond reason for admission to obtain necessary care for the different reasons, having made staff aware of the need to see a podiatrist as well. This was a most definitive "beyond the call" behavior, which both the patient and I deeply appreciate.
