I was introduced to Val just after she was caring for my husband. My children and I were frightened to be diagnosed with COVID. Val not only calmed my family but relaxed my husband and me.
As the days went on we saw the love and dedication she has for her job. I don't know how she does it, but she manages to give us such personal care, while still fulfilling our medical needs. Nothing is too great or too small for her. She does it all, effortlessly and lovingly. She has been there to answer any questions my family has for her and does everything with a smile! She is one in a million and I wish we could take her home with us.
I also want to give a big shout out to all the techs. They did a great job of assessing a situation and getting the solutions asap.
In all, our care with the COVID floor has been a comforting place to be and it was not scary after all. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay a comfortable one.

All of the nurses, techs, doctors, took very good care of me but Val really, really stood out. She went way beyond nursing me and I was comforted by her empathy to me. I can't say enough about how lucky you are to have her on your staff.
