Valerie is the most kind and patient nurse I have ever had. She explained everything she was going to do and why and always asked me if I had any questions. She examined me and explained that I had some areas where my skin was starting to break down. She told me what she was going to do, asked me if I had any questions and took care of the problem. She made me relaxed and comfortable.
Valerie is an extremely caring and thoughtful nurse. She never asked me to wait but readily cared for my needs. I felt safe and secure under her care. Valerie is a wonderful person and nurse. She is a rare find, the real thing, sincere and caring. She's an angel in disguise.
