Val is an awesome leader, who is well respected by her staff and works hard to drive metrics and provide excellent customer service. Val is smart, dependable, helpful, and hard-working. I can always count on Val to show up on my unit when needed, and love our teamwork when we are together. I enjoy sitting back and watching Val lead her team shift huddles, as it is an awesome vibe, and Val's team is listening and engaged; this is an amazing skill she possesses that is difficult for many. Val does so many things for patients and families behind the scenes without recognition, because that is just the awesome leader and nurse Val is!
