I would like to recognize Larry for his advocacy with the Veterans he serves and works with. He always goes above and beyond for them and they trust him and his judgment completely. His integrity is wonderful. He asks questions, he is very observant, he has caught medication errors that would have happened if he hadn't stopped and asked questions. He is so eager to learn. He has jumped in with both feet on wound care and has been absorbing all the knowledge he can and asking the right questions. Larry is always looking to improve things and never complains when we are short or he has to take a few more patients. I'm a case manager and have 10-12 Veterans on my caseload. My Vets tell me how much they like him. The families have come to me and told me how good he is to their loved ones. I'm proud to be an RN that works side by side with such quality co-workers.
