Valery Alves, RN

Valery knew a patient who did not have clothes and no one to bring any for them. She went home after a 12-hour shift, sat with their mom, and went through their stepfather's clothes (who passed away recently) to choose clothes that the patient could wear while doing therapy. She returned to work to bring the clothes to the patient before they had therapy that day. When thanked she said with a smile that is what we do here at Encompass.
