There are few nurses that are able to take their smile and put it on their patients' faces. Valicia is one of those nurses. She takes time with her patients, going beyond assessment to get to know them. Her kindness does not go unnoticed. Valicia has been at South Pointe for almost 25 years and her leadership is something we can be proud of.
