From the moment I was getting infusions, Valynncia has always been a constant source of happiness and strength for me. While I only had the pleasure of her being my nurse a couple of times, she always made it a point to say Hi and give me a hug and chat a few moments each week. She was a cheerleader for me and always was the most positive and caring nurse. Her demeanor always put me at ease, and I always felt welcomed by her like an old friend. Additionally, her nurse duties were always top-notch, and she knew that I had to have certain things to make infusions go smoothly (twisted port, special coverings for allergies). It was a joy to see each and every week. She is of top-notch character and profession.
