As a novice nurse with no experience, it is important to start with motivation and recommendation from a nurse who has goodwill, care, and understanding. She gave us an opportunity and supported us in order to learn and these were very important to all new graduates to improve our skills. All of these great chances were provided to us by her. I learned a lot about how to be a nurse because of her kind heart and her being very patient when working under pressure. She is my role model. Now, I am an experienced nurse and I will do what she did with the new graduate nurses who will be working under my care.
