Vanda Sweetwood, RN

Vanda took the time time to educate a parent about what was happening to their sick child in a way they could understand. She answered all the questions and explained every procedure being done to the child so everyone was comfortable and calm. She also takes time to help other nurses, is the first to come help in an emergency, and takes time to assist floating staff so everyone can be efficient in the busy emergency department.
