Vanesa Soto, RN

I went to the Emergency Room because of anemia symptoms. This is something I had never been through before. Vanessa Soto, RN, was my nurse for three out of six days. She always took the time to explain to me things that were going on, in a language I could understand. She would try to get help me as best as she could, from getting me an extra warm blanket to getting me fresh towels to use. She made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. It was very evident that her knowledge, her skills and kindness went hand in hand. It made me and my family sad that we were leaving.....leaving someone who was a stranger who was just doing their job to someone who became family. I have no doubt that anyone she graces her presence with will be better off , whether they know it or not, and I know it. Thank you.
