Vanessa noticed that my mom was feeling anxious and uncomfortable. She took the time to sit with Mom and actively listened to our concerns. She provided reassurance and empathy. She assured us that Mom’s pains were being managed effectively. Additionally, Vanessa engaged in conversation to help distract Mom from her discomfort. She fostered a friendly and supportive environment. She even shared stories about herself and told jokes.

Vanessa’s dedication and caring nature made a meaningful difference in my mom’s care. Vanessa went above and beyond her normal duties to provide emotional support, encourage us, and create a positive and healing environment. She was so pleasant.
