Vanessa was recognized by a patient's mother. The patient was admitted for surgery. The mother explained that Vanessa welcomed them to the room with a warm smile and helped ensure that not only the patient was comfortable, but also the parents. Vanessa ensured a recliner was brought to the room for the night and had a huge impact on their stay.
