Vanessa made me feel so comfortable in the midst of a very embarrassing mess after my abdominal surgery. Vanessa calmly explained that what was happening to me was normal and provided everything I needed to help me return to my bed clean and relaxed. The nurse checked the diet I had and if there were meds that had an adverse effect. Vanessa returned to check on me and her kindness and professional demeanor were something I will remember. I want to have Vanessa's excellent nursing skills recognized. I felt Vanessa was the key to making me know I was safe in her care. This nurse handled my difficult situation so competently and easily and returned to check on me. Vanessa never rushed but took the time to explain everything I was going through. I so appreciate this nurse.
