Vanessa Flament, BSN, RN

I was very irritable after waiting an hour to be seen. When Vanessa came in, and I asked her for an ETA to be seen, she politely explained why I had waited and reassured me that the other patients and I would be seen immediately. I approached her in an irritated manner; however, her calm, patient demeanor and professionalism kept me calm and reassured. Vanessa was understanding and exuded compassion.

Vanessa is the definition of a true RN and is a wonderful example of what all patients need from an RN at Metropolitan.
