I was admitted on Thursday evening and had Vanessa during the day shift, through Monday. She has such a positive and impactful spirit. Always courteous, professional, friendly responsive and attentive to my needs. I was very nervous and anxious about not only being in the hospital but also my testing. She took the time to talk with me and talk me through everything that was going to be done. She was knowledgeable and provided me with information I could use. She made my stay in the hospital so much better and I find her to be a true asset to the hospital.

Vanessa has gone out of the way to make sure I had everything I needed and wanted. If I had to call her, she came as soon as possible. There was a small snafu with my discharge, but she worked diligently to help smooth the way.
