Vanessa stood out among a team of nurses that were assigned to my husband. She was always kind and caring and had a wonderful personality and professionalism, checking on him numerous times without him having to ring the "nurse's bell." Her kindness also fell upon me to assure me that he was in great care and she was there for help and to answer my questions or direct me to where to go for those answers. She also made it a point to hop in to introduce the next shift nurse and to say good night before she left. I feel that my husband was under the number one best care team with Vanessa taking the lead and my heartfelt gratitude and thanks go out to her and her team.
