Ms. Alleyne is a 30+ year NICU veteran nurse who demonstrates our ICARE mission:
Integrity: Ms. Alleyne ensures that our patients (infants) are handled with utmost care and dignity. She imparts her knowledge to the parents when handling their babies.
Compassion: Ms. Alleyne goes above and beyond to ensure our NICU parents get the resources needed to transition their infants home. She makes follow-up calls with parents when the infants are home.
Accountability: Ms. Alleyne ensures that all her colleagues adhere to the unit’s policies. She escalates any concerns in a timely manner.
Respect: Ms. Alleyne displays respect for her colleagues and parents.
