My husband had some lengthy stays over six months. We encountered Vanessa in the Community Living Center through three of those. Her knowledge, compassion, and kindness were evident on her first visit. She kept me informed and reached out to me after "working hours" to check on my husband as well as me. She helped to ground my thoughts and answered any questions in my most desperate time. I will always remember her caring, laughs, and reassurance when I needed it most.
