After I had a hunting accident, Vanessa, from the start, was very good and thorough at what she does. She went above and beyond by helping me get the correct paperwork to the appropriate doctors as we went through the process.
She demonstrated exceptional compassion and clinical skilled care; Vanessa is very thoughtful and very, very good at her job. During my seven weeks of wound therapy, she visited my home and corrected complications related to home wound care. Vanessa also created care plans and educated caregivers and me on my wound care.
