We received a warm, smiling face and a sincere concern for our well-being during a very emotional time. Vanessa took the time and explained what she was doing and why. She asked if we had any questions and answered them thoroughly. At the time she attended us, we were her focus. We were treated with dignity and respect from a caring medical professional who truly loves her job, and it shows. My story of Vanessa will be passed on to my sons as values they should possess.
