I first met Vanessa on 8B as a patient. She is bright, cheerful and exemplifies a nurse's role in all situations. She doesn't make excuses for things but treats you as she would her own sister. She is a good role model because of her good work ethic. She's a team player. Her qualities are as beautiful as a true beautiful flower. She shines that smile that can warm any heart. She is comfortable with her patients but is able to maintain a professional relationship with them too.
