Vanessa was the best during my mother’s hospital stay due to a kidney transplant. She was very attentive, caring, and patient. She took the time to explain things to us and family members when we were concerned or confused. In times when everyone seems busy, we never felt that way when Vanessa was our nurse. Her attentiveness during a difficult time was very much appreciated.
