Vanice is among the founding members of the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Union and a nurse leader who has served to the level of senior principal nursing officer in several regional referral hospitals in Uganda. She is a good advocate and negotiator for improved working conditions for the nurses in the country. She displays professionalism in her leadership.
