I met Nurse Vannie after waking up from surgery. Her warm smile and comforting voice gave me a sense of comfort. We instantly bonded. She is warm, professional with a beautiful aura. She went above and beyond to make me feel that I was in good hands. She made a frightening surgery less stressful. I had such wonderful conversations with her about life. All the nurses who cared for me were kind. I am so thankful and grateful.
