Velma Cameron has been a nurse for over 20 years. She recives so many positive comments, she was nominated by her manager. Some of the comments:
I want to thank Velma for all the compassion and courtesy she has showed me. She tended to my pain and my pain was never out of control. I was so very scared coming in that I would have pain and the care and attention that was given to me by her was phenomenal. I never had to call she was always there before I called. I have never been in a hospital that is so friendly and caring.

I am a post operative patient and I want to thank all the nursing staff especially Velma and Brenda. I have never been hospitalized and I was very scared and worried. Velma was funny,a great listener and never let me be in pain. She is such a wonderful lady she care for me and made feel special as if I were someone close to her. All my encounters with your staff were great, but Velma went above and beyond. I can't thank you enough.
