Velvet Nguyen, RN

From the time she first met us, she was consistently empathetic, cheerful, helpful, cooperative, and reasonable. Went above and beyond to help both mom and baby. There were a few hours when Dad stepped out during her shift and she helped Mom with everything. She gave good tips, suggestions, and advice. Took good care of newborn and did all measurements (vitals, jaundice, etc), all with a gentle and happy demeanor. She did three shifts with us at different times of the day and each time she was perfect. She made a sweet hat for the baby, took baby footprints, etc. All in all, she was the perfect support we needed - physically, mentally, emotionally, and also materially (food and supplies for mom and baby).
