Venessa was very kind and listened to all my questions. She was very attentive during my stay in the emergency department. If I needed anything like a warm blanket, she was always most accommodating. Venessa would describe the services I would receive while I was in the emergency department. I could not ask for a more professional, caring, and knowledgeable nurse.
