Venice McNish, BSN

My husband and I flew to Chicago to be with our daughter as she underwent a major surgery. The surgery took 6 hours and we were expecting 2-3 hours. We are thankful to the doctor but also Venice who got the team together to care for our daughter. Venice showed sincere compassion for all of us and my daughter trusted her. Venice treated us with respect. Venice never forgot what it was like to be a patient. She explained in a way that my daughter could understand. She kept us informed, and updated on our daughter's status and the plan. Venice is very good at what she does.
