Venisse has gone above and beyond patient care. There was never a time she made me feel unwanted or any kind of burden. From the word go she made me feel safe and like I was important. She never spoke down to me and that she had any authority. While she is in a position of authority she never made anyone feel "less than". She answered questions thoroughly and with conviction. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to medication and when it comes to the human spirit - she is uplifting and makes a difficult and stressful situation bearable. She deserves all the praise from everyone in this hospital. She is an absolute gem and should be treated as so. She has a way of smiling through her mask and giving the vibe that everything is going to be ok. She has a calming nature. I can never thank her enough for her compassion.
