This nurse exemplifies compassion, quality, accountability, and collaboration. Venus is very hardworking, a team player, compassionate, and goes above and beyond to ensure that patients are taken care of and are safe on the unit. She is always involved in the care of patients and works so hard as part of the team, collaborating with other disciplines to make sure that the patients’ needs and goals are met. She is very extraordinary and always emails team members to ensure they are updated with and are on the same page with the care and important updates on the patients’ treatments. She is excellent at updates and goes above and beyond to ensure that all the updates are added to the nurses’ reports. She is a very extraordinary leader, and it doesn’t matter if she is the charge nurse or not, she always updates and takes care of the patients without complaining.
