I was a patient beginning on 3/1/13. I had a long wait in the Er and was admitted to Room 118. I was emotionally spent and in tears. I was greeted by Venus who immediately calmed me with her compassionate, caring nature. I have seen her on the floor every day since then and she has not failed once to greet me with a smile and concern every day. Please know that in my opinion she is a very important employee in the hospital and one of the most professional, genuine, and honestly caring people I have ever met.
