... The moment Venus entered the room, our whole experience quickly became a positive one. She addressed every concern and question we had concerning our mom. She is very caring, conscientious and patient. She is very observant and meticulous and notices things the patient or family might need. Such as refill on ice, water, napkins, etc. We rarely had to ask for those things because she was always one step ahead. She made our family feel welcome at all times. I felt more at ease about leaving my mom's bedside for a few hours, not an easy task. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. Extremely competent and earned our trust almost immediately. There are ok nurses, good nurses, and great nurses. Then there is Venus. She is in a class by herself. Thank you Venus for all you did for our mom and our family. You were born to be a nurse and we feel lucky to have had you care for our precious mom. Thank you.
