She was caring and attentive to my mother-in-law in the emergency room amidst a patient coming in with a possible bed bug infestation, a woman patient continually swearing at her and being verbally abusive, and another young male patient having to be restrained and didn't miss a beat! She was late to take lunch and working after her shift ended at 6 to take my mom-in-law to a room and ended up getting thrown up on, and was so patient with her, assuring her it was all okay. It was amazing to watch the patience and commitment and what a typical day as an ED nurse may look like. They deserve recognition!!!! If I ever am in need of medical care, I hope to have her!
