I was transferred to TCU after back surgery and was uncertain how my recovery would progress. Unsure I would walk again. Then Vera came into my world. What a wonderful nurse! As a retired nurse myself, I know the demands of a busy shift. Vera has a way of paying special attention to each and every detail. Whatever I needed, she was promptly there with a smile and true human kindness. The way she instructed her support team was a true example of leadership. Vera made me feel comforted and that I was in the hands of a professional.
