This was my first experience at Northwest Specialty Hospital. I have to say everyone was absolutely phenomenal during my whole experience from the front desk ladies and beyond.
Verity was my post-op nurse. She has an amazing bedside manner and was so kind. I remember her comforting me when I first started waking up. I remember telling her over and over thank you so much for being so kind.
I just wanted her to be acknowledged and to let her know that she makes a difference as a nurse and a wonderful human being.
Thank you so much for making a scary and painful time more bearable and relaxing.
